How technology has made me healthier

Some say that technology can be damaging to our health, because it tempts us to waste hours upon hours looking at crazy cat videos in bed when we should be out and about. That said, I think technology has had a positive impact on my health and overall fitness levels, especially over the last few years. I always monitor how many steps I’ve made on a single day using my iPhone, and if I’m slacking, I’ll be sure to add in a spot of exercise. I’ve also found many workout apps have proved to be very useful. One of which is for improving my abs, whilst I also watch many YouTube videos to mirror exercises. Modern technology can help you keep fit, so get off Facebook and start exercising with the help of your smartphone.
