Home workouts this winter

It can be nice to work out at home, and it means you can jump straight in the shower without having to pack up your bag and travel back home in the freezing cold. It can, however, be difficult to stay motivated without peers around you, but a weekly schedule should help, just make sure you stick to it.

You may not have the space to do cardio, but even if you can jog on the spot or do star jumps, you can burn fat. Building muscle can be achieved at home with a bench and weights, and if you can squeeze in some weights every day, you’ll be able to build muscle in no time. It’s hard to stay motivated in the winter, especially when indulgent festive treats surround us, but it’s possible. Just make sure you have a schedule, this will tell you when you’re slacking!
