Having one bad day a week

I recently grew tired of my flab and love handles and I’ve started working out and eating better. I barely touch a carb and I exercise almost every day, and I’m finally starting to see a difference. I do have one dirty little secret though, I have one day a week where I’m allowed to eat whatever I want, usually a bacon double cheeseburger followed by chocolate brownies.

This one day a week is a treat to say well done and it’s also a bit of a pick me up, which is something I truly need after 6 days of healthy eating and exercise. When I work out I push myself to the limit and because I count down the days for my binge day I always have something to look forward to. One bad day a week helps keep me motivated, so consider it too if you’re looking to get fitter, slimmer or leaner.
