Can you get ripped with a 5 minute abs workout?

There’s good reason for this though, many people want a six pack that they can be proud of but is a quick 5 minute workout going to get you to the shape of the model on the app’s loading screen? Well honestly no it won’t. Let’s say you are aiming to lose weight and get that six pack at the same time, by only working your abs you’ll build the muscle underneath the fat. To burn away the fat you need to do cardio and high intensity interval training. Combining these exercises with abs workouts will get you the body you want though, and you only have to be willing to spend around 20 minutes a day to see almost instant results. Just make sure you really do give your all during these exercises though because it’s all about getting your heart rate up and down.
